Earth Composites’ Velour Roller is a premium lint-free resin application roller engineered for FRP lamination, gelcoat application, hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, vacuum infusion, RTM, and composite manufacturing. Manufactured with high-quality woven velour fabric, it delivers smooth and uniform resin distribution, excellent fiber wet-out, and a superior surface finish with minimal splashing. Compatible with epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester, and polyurethane resin systems, it offers outstanding solvent resistance, durability, and precision coating for wind energy, aerospace, marine, automotive, railway, and industrial composite manufacturing applications.
