Description
Earth Composites’ Breather Fabric 150 GSM is a high-performance non-woven polyester breather fabric engineered for vacuum bagging, vacuum infusion, prepreg curing, RTM, VARTM, and autoclave composite manufacturing. Designed to ensure uniform air evacuation and even vacuum pressure distribution, it effectively absorbs excess resin while promoting superior laminate consolidation and minimizing void formation. Manufactured from premium polyester fibers, it offers excellent air permeability, thermal stability, and compatibility with epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester resin systems. Ideal for wind energy, aerospace, marine, automotive, railway, and industrial composite applications requiring consistent vacuum performance and high-quality composite production.
