Earth Composites’ Nylon Peel Ply (PA6) – 85 GSM is a lightweight, high-performance polyamide peel ply fabric developed for vacuum bagging, vacuum infusion, RTM, VARTM, prepreg, and autoclave composite manufacturing. Made from premium PA6 (Polyamide 6) woven fabric, it creates a clean, textured laminate surface that enhances secondary bonding while eliminating sanding after curing. Its excellent drapability, clean peel characteristics, and compatibility with epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester resin systems make it an ideal choice for wind energy, aerospace, marine, automotive, and industrial composite applications requiring precision, efficiency, and superior surface preparation.
