Earth Composites’ Nylon Peel Ply (PA66) – 90 GSM is a high-performance polyamide peel ply fabric specially designed for vacuum bagging, vacuum infusion, RTM, VARTM, prepreg, and autoclave composite manufacturing. Manufactured from premium PA66 nylon fibers, it provides a clean, textured laminate surface that improves secondary bonding while eliminating sanding after curing. With excellent heat resistance, easy peel characteristics, and compatibility with epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester resin systems, it is an ideal solution for wind energy, aerospace, marine, automotive, and industrial composite applications requiring precision, efficiency, and superior laminate quality.
