Description
Earth Composites’ VAP Membrane 120 GSM is a premium vacuum-assisted process (VAP) membrane engineered for vacuum bagging, vacuum infusion, resin infusion, RTM, VARTM, prepreg curing, and advanced composite manufacturing. Manufactured from high-performance breathable polymer membrane, it allows efficient air and volatile evacuation while preventing resin penetration, ensuring superior laminate quality and consistent vacuum performance. Compatible with epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester, phenolic, and polyurethane resin systems, it is widely used in wind energy, aerospace, marine, automotive, railway, and industrial composite manufacturing where high-performance vacuum processing is required.
