Description
Earth Composites’ VAP Membrane 160 GSM is a heavy-duty Vacuum Assisted Process (VAP) membrane engineered for vacuum bagging, vacuum infusion, resin infusion, RTM, VARTM, prepreg curing, and advanced composite manufacturing. Manufactured from a premium microporous breathable polymer membrane, it provides excellent air permeability while preventing resin penetration, ensuring uniform vacuum distribution and superior laminate consolidation. With its higher 160 GSM construction, it offers enhanced mechanical strength, durability, and dimensional stability, making it ideal for demanding composite applications in wind energy, aerospace, marine, automotive, railway, and industrial FRP manufacturing.
