Description
Earth Composites’ Omega Profile is a high-performance silicone vacuum distribution profile designed for vacuum bagging, vacuum infusion, RTM, VARTM, prepreg, and autoclave composite manufacturing. Engineered with an Omega-shaped cross-section, it provides a continuous vacuum channel that ensures efficient air evacuation and uniform vacuum distribution throughout the laminate. Manufactured from premium flexible silicone, it offers excellent heat resistance, long service life, and compatibility with epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester resin systems.
