Earth Composites’ Nylon Peel Ply (PA6) – 105 GSM is a premium polyamide peel ply fabric designed for vacuum bagging, vacuum infusion, RTM, VARTM, prepreg, and autoclave composite manufacturing. Made from high-quality PA6 (Polyamide 6) woven fabric, it delivers excellent peel performance, creating a clean and textured laminate surface for superior secondary bonding without additional sanding. With outstanding flexibility, thermal stability, and compatibility with epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester resin systems, it is widely used in wind energy, aerospace, marine, automotive, and industrial composite applications demanding consistent surface quality and efficient production.
